Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Content Delivery & Execution
  • Content Planning & Collaborative Iteration. Plan content calendar, pitch concepts, adapt feedback from leadership, and refine edits through a collaborative approval process
  • Operational Coordination
  • Cross-Department Alignment
  • Occasional off-site event coverage

Technical & Tool Proficiencies

  • Adobe Creative Suite. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Lightroom. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage
  • Video shooting, Video Editing & Post-Production. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
  • Expert in mobile/DSLR video capture and basic lighting setups
  • Mobile-First Editing. Mastery of vertical video pacing, hook retention strategies, and visual storytelling

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in professional video editing and content creation
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Experience in insurance or agency is preferred
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating short-form video creation
  • Collaboration & Resilience. Receptive to detailed feedback, comfortable iterating on visual concepts with executive stakeholders
