Renewal Officer (Motor Team)

Kwiksure Hong Kong is looking for a highly organized and proactive Renewal Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about cars, motor insurance, and local Hong Kong trends. You will work closely with the teams for end-to-end policy renewal and client retention management.

KeyResponsibilities

Primarily focused on Motor Insurance and General Insurance Business
Support the renewal team in providing outstanding service to our individual clients
Handle end-to-end policy renewal and client retention management
Facilitate insurance service process between the clients and the insurers by phone call or email
Provide quality customer service, assist in policy issuing and hotline services

Requirements

1 year experience in motor insurance industry but not essential (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
Holder of IIQE (Paper I & II) qualifications
Excellent telephone manner, customer oriented and willing to learn
Hard working, self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently
Team player with positive attitude and strong communication skill
Proficient in PC knowledge such as Excel, Word and Outlook
Good command in English and Cantonese
Immediate available is highly preferred
