About Us

As a Benefits Analyst – Employee Benefits, you will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and managing employee benefits programs for our clients. Your work will deliver customized solutions that align with client needs, market trends, and Hong Kong’s regulatory framework. We seek a highly analytical professional with excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong’s employee benefits landscape. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze claims data, benefits utilization, and cost to identify gaps and trends and provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct benchmark studies on employee benefits plans to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes (e.g., MPF regulations, insurance laws), and emerging benefits offerings in Hong Kong.
  • Assist in creating materials (e.g., presentations, proposals, and reports) to clients, providing clear and concise recommendations on benefits strategies.
  • Ensure all benefits programs comply with Hong Kong regulations, including Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) requirements and other relevant legislation.
  • Work closely with account managers, brokers, and other team members to support client retention and business development initiatives.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned to support client needs, team initiatives, or projects, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness in a dynamic and supportive team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance brokerage, or a related field. Experience in the Hong Kong market is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and familiarity with benefits administration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits products (e.g., group medical, life insurance, MPF) and Hong Kong’s regulatory environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex benefits data and transform analytical findings into clear, client-focused insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certifications or relevant insurance licenses are an advantage.
