Account Management & Client Engagement

Assist to prepare communication decks on health and wellness propositions for account managers
Analyse claims data metrics and generate insightful reports to evaluate and recommend targeted wellness initiatives
Support Request for Proposal, client presentation and business proposals for prospective and exiting clients

Wellness Campaign & Event Management

Drive end-to-end wellness campaigns for corporate client from planning, venue booking, coordinating, managing full logistics, vendors to ensure campaigns run smoothly
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, wellness vendors and strategic partners to expand Pacific Prime's wellness offerings
Monitor programme participation, client feedback and engagement metrics to evaluate programme effectiveness and recommend improvements
Collaborate with regional teams across Pacific Prime offices to plan, coordinate, and deliver wellness programmes and events for multinational and local corporate clients
Stay updated on industry trends, including corporate broking, employee benefits, and wellness initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline
1 to 3 years of related working experience in wellness/ partnerships is highly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motived, responsible, detail-minded and good time management
Good PC knowledge
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
